Richey Signed Winter Landscape Oil Painting, Gold Frame

Original painting signed 'Richey' in the lower right, with what appears to be an additional inscription or title in the lower left. Winter rural scene with snow-covered fields, a small creek winding through bare trees, fence posts, and a white farmhouse in the distance backed by wooded hills. Impressionistic brushwork with cool blue shadows across the snow. Housed in an ornate carved gold-leaf frame with scroll detailing. The frame shows wear including paint loss and chipping consistent with age. Overall framed dimensions appear to be approximately 14 by 12 inches, canvas estimated around 9 by 7 inches. Glass covers the painting.
