How your piece gets to you
Every item page says up front whether it ships, can be picked up, or both. The cart lets you choose per item, and checkout only asks for an address when something is shipping.
Shipping
- Free shipping on the small stuff. When the label costs us about $10 or less and the item is under roughly 20 lb and 30" on its longest side, shipping is on us. The item page and cart say “Free shipping” when that applies.
- Fragile pieces. Glass, ceramics and other breakables ship at cost: careful packing and breakage risk are real expenses, so the buyer covers the label.
- Larger pieces ship at actual cost. Anything bulky, over the size rule, or with a label above about $25 is priced by your zip code at checkout. The cart reads “Calculated at checkout” until Stripe has your address.
- US addresses only for now. Orders usually leave within two business days, with tracking emailed the moment the label prints.
Local pickup
Furniture, art and most larger pieces are pickup-friendly, and pickup is always free. Choose “Local pickup” in the cart and no shipping address is collected.

Pickup varies by item; many consigned items reside with their current owners. Pickup or drop-off is arranged case by case after purchase.
Inspect your item at handoff. If it isn't what you expected, decline it on the spot for a full refund (see returns & refunds).
