Original Watercolor Weathered Barn Autumn Field Signed Ornate Silver Frame 14x17

Original watercolor of an old weathered bank barn and a smaller outbuilding standing in a field of golden autumn grass under a pale blue sky. Peeling whitewash and rust streaked siding are rendered in warm ochres, rusts and whites, with dark trees behind and crisp pen work in the louvers and grasses. Signed in ink at the lower left in a flowing cursive hand that we have not been able to read; happy to send a close up. Double matted in cream and taupe, in an ornate silver and gray tone frame with beaded inner edge and acanthus leaf molding, under glass, wired to hang. Overall frame approximately 14 by 17 inches; image approximately 8 by 10 inches (measured from photos, please allow small variance). Condition: painting is clean through the glass with no foxing, tears or fading. Frame and mats are in very good shape. The paper dust cover on the back shows some bubbling and a small puncture near the top center (cosmetic only).
