Sandy Askey-Adams Original Watercolor Winter at Deep Run Bucks County PA Framed

Original watercolor by award winning Bucks County, Pennsylvania artist Sandy Askey-Adams, titled "Winter at Deep Run" in pencil on the mat and signed Sandy Askey-Adams at the lower right. A historic brick one room schoolhouse with a bell cupola stands among bare snow dusted trees while snow falls from a gray winter sky; the falling snow is spattered across the sheet for a soft, atmospheric effect. Askey-Adams is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America, a nationally and regionally awarded painter of the Bucks County countryside, and is represented by galleries in the Delaware Valley. Double matted in pale gray white with a dark inner liner, in an ornate gold finish wood frame with a leaf and scroll border, under glass, wired to hang. Overall frame approximately 17 by 15 inches; image approximately 10 by 8 inches (measured from photos, please allow small variance). Condition: very good. No foxing, fading or staining seen on the painting or mats. Frame finish is clean with only light wear. Backing board is plain with a hanging wire, no labels.
