Pamela Parsons Original Watercolor Morning Snow Bucks County PA Winter Framed
Original watercolor by Bucks County, Pennsylvania artist Pamela Parsons, titled "Morning Snow" (Upper Bucks County) on the artist's handwritten label on the back. A snow covered field with three bare trees still holding rusty red leaves, rolling hills and a soft pastel morning sky. Signed by the artist in pencil at the lower left. Parsons is a Bucks County painter influenced by the Pennsylvania Impressionists; her work has shown in the New Hope Art Commission regional juried show and the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society international juried show. Professionally custom framed by Michelyn Galleries of New Britain, PA in a gold leaf style wood frame with a double mat in pale blue and gray, under glass, wired for hanging. Overall frame approximately 17 by 20 inches; image approximately 9 by 11 inches. Condition: front is clean with no foxing, fading or mat discoloration visible. The brown backing paper on the reverse has a diagonal tear roughly 8 to 10 inches long (cosmetic only, does not affect the painting). Frame corners and finish are in good shape.
