Sandy Askey-Adams Original Watercolor Winter Birches Stream Farmhouse Snow Framed

Original watercolor by Bucks County, Pennsylvania artist Sandy Askey-Adams, a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America whose landscapes are shown in regional galleries. Signed Sandy Askey-Adams in the lower right. A dark stream winds past white birches through a snow-covered valley toward a distant farmhouse, with a rail fence, a small stone footbridge and softly spattered falling snow across a gray winter sky. Quiet, atmospheric and typical of her Bucks County winter scenes. Double matted in cream with a gray inner mat and set in a composite ornate gold-tone frame with beaded and floral relief, under glass. Overall framed size approximately 18 by 16 inches; image approximately 10 by 7 inches. Please confirm with a tape measure if size is critical. Condition is good from the front, with the painting, mats and glass clean. The backing board on the reverse is cracked; this is a back-of-frame issue only and the artwork does not appear affected.
