Sandy Askey-Adams Original Oil Painting Winter Forest Creek Mountain 10x10 Ornate Frame

Original oil on canvas by Bucks County, Pennsylvania artist Sandy Askey-Adams, a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America whose landscapes are shown in regional galleries. Signed Sandy Askey-Adams in the lower left. A snowy pine forest opens onto a frozen creek with a fallen log in the foreground, a cabin among the trees in the middle distance and a sunlit mountain peak beyond. Loose, confident brushwork with thick highlights in the snow and bark. Hand-stretched size 10 canvas, approximately 10 by 10 inches, on a wood stretcher inscribed on the back hand made by Howard Caskey. Set in an ornate gold-tone resin frame with acanthus leaf and scroll relief. Overall framed size approximately 13 by 13 inches. Please confirm with a tape measure if size is critical. Condition is good. Paint surface appears intact with no visible cracking or lifting. Frame shows minor scuffs and dulling consistent with age.
