J. Reardon Signed Original Watercolor Winter Birch Trees Red Barn Snow Framed 14x17

Original watercolor of a stand of white birches in falling snow with a red barn and silo, a rail fence and a farm wagon visible through the bare branches. Loose wet-on-wet washes in blues, mauves and browns with white spatter for the snowfall give the piece a lively, atmospheric feel. Signed in cursive at the lower left; the signature appears to read J. Reardon, matching another watercolor from the same collection. Matted in cream and set in a simple gold-tone wood frame under glass. Frame measures approximately 14 by 17 inches overall; image approximately 8.5 by 11.5 inches. Kraft paper backing with hanging wire. Condition is good. No visible foxing, tears or fading on the image. Minor scuff on the kraft backing.
