British Colonial Tropical Coffee Table Rattan Apron Rope Twist Legs Sunburst Ven

Large rectangular coffee table in a tropical British Colonial style. The top has a bookmatched sunburst veneer framed by a carved faux-bamboo edge with shaped corners. The apron is wrapped in herringbone woven rattan with one wide drawer and two oval metal pulls. Carved leaf capitals sit above four heavy rope-twist legs. Warm walnut-brown distressed finish. It matches the Schnadig end table from the same room (the maker label was not photographed on this piece). Light surface marks and a few small nicks along the bamboo edge molding, consistent with normal use. Rattan weave is intact. Measurements to be confirmed, roughly 50 inches long. Local pickup.
