Vintage 1980s Corvette Fade Patch Snapback Cap Black Gold Braid Brim Made USA

Black six-panel snapback cap with a sewn-on rectangular patch reading Corvette, then vette repeated four times in a fade from yellow through orange to red, with the crossed Corvette flag emblem beneath. The brim carries gold laurel wreath embroidery on both sides, the captain-style braid collectors call scrambled eggs. Made in USA label inside, metal side eyelets, plastic snapback closure, one size fits all. Good vintage condition: the exterior panels and the patch are clean with no fading or loose stitching, the gold braid is fully intact, and the snapback works. The interior sweatband is yellowed with light soiling from age. A strong 1980s Corvette automobilia piece that displays as well as it wears.
