LA Dodgers 1965 Team Issue 5x7 Photos Lot 4 Alston Roseboro Osteen Tracewski

Four original black and white Los Angeles Dodgers team issue player photos, about 5 by 7 inches each, with the player name and Los Angeles Dodgers printed in the bottom border. This is the classic picture pack format sold at the ballpark and by mail in the 1960s, the style associated with Jay Publishing. The four are Dick Tracewski, Claude Osteen, manager Walt Alston and John Roseboro. Osteen joined the Dodgers in 1965 and Tracewski left after that season, so the group points to roughly 1965, the year the club won the World Series. Alston is a Hall of Fame manager and Roseboro was the everyday catcher through the Koufax and Drysdale era. Condition is generally good for age: light toning and surface wear, a minor crease on the Tracewski photo, no tears and no writing. They arrive in the plastic sleeves they have been stored in. Old $3 price stickers are on the sleeves, not on the photos.
