Snap-on Vintage 3/8 in Drive Pneumatic Air Impact Wrench D-Handle 1970s-1980s

Vintage Snap-on pneumatic impact wrench in the classic D-handle grip shop format, carrying the cast Snap-on logo and the older 'the power people' script on the housing, which dates it to the 1970s and 1980s era of the IM31 family. Cast aluminum housing, steel hammer case, detent pin anvil, knurled power regulator knob on the side of the grip, and a threaded air inlet at the base of the handle. The square drive measures about 3/8 inch. Condition is well-used shop stock: heavy grime and dust in the castings, surface rust on the anvil and inlet fitting, scuffs and worn finish all over the housing. No model number is legible anywhere on the tool. Sold untested, with no sockets, boot or hose included.
