Bell System Lineman Parts Box Olive Drab Steel 18 Compartment Felt Lid Vintage

Vintage Bell System telephone lineman parts case, olive drab painted steel with Bell System stenciled on the lid. Two front latches, a fold flat oval wire carry handle on top, and 18 fixed divider compartments inside for hardware, connectors and small parts. The inside of the lid is lined in green felt, intact with some creasing. Exterior shows heavy honest wear: scratches, scuffs, paint loss and light surface rust across the lid and edges. Latches and handle work and the lid closes square. A solid industrial organizer for a workshop, fly tying, or display, with real telephone company provenance.
