Antique Sandy Mac Blended Scotch Whisky Miniature Bottle, Macdonald Greenlees
A charming antique miniature whisky bottle bearing the label for 'Sandy Mac' Blended Special Liqueur Scotch Whisky, issued by Macdonald Greenlees and Williams Distillers Ltd, Leith, Scotland. The label lists pure malt distilleries including Glenmillan, Glenlivet, Stronachie, and Auchinblae, among others, and reads 'Distilled in Scotland.' The bottle features a classic early 20th-century tall shouldered form in deep amber glass with a tooled or applied lip finish, suggesting pre-1930s manufacture. The base shows typical period pontil-style concentric rings consistent with older production methods. The bottle stands approximately 5 to 5.5 inches tall and is empty with no stopper present. The paper label is heavily aged, stained, and partially lifting at edges but remains largely legible and intact, adding to its historic character. The amber glass is free of chips or cracks visible in the photos. A wonderful piece for collectors of antique whisky bottles, breweriana, or Scottish distillery memorabilia.
