Vintage Wynn's Friction Proofing Embroidered Patch - Automotive

Vintage embroidered patch from Wynn's Friction Proofing, a classic American automotive oil additive brand. The patch features a bold red outer border with an oval shape, a black center field, and white embroidered lettering reading 'WYNN'S' along the top arc and 'FRICTION PROOFING' prominently in the center. Four embroidered stars accent the corners of the design, giving it a classic mid-century gas station and racing aesthetic. Approximately 3.5 inches wide by 3 inches tall. Condition shows light fraying along some edges and loose threads, consistent with age and prior use. Colors remain vivid with strong embroidery detail intact. A great piece for automotive memorabilia collectors, jacket or vest patching, or vintage gas station display collections.
