A charming antique vanity hairbrush combining a gilt brass head with a faceted cut-glass handle. The back of the brush features an elegant sunburst engine-turned engraving pattern radiating from a central point, typical of late Victorian and Edwardian dressing table sets. The handle is cut glass with hobstar and fan motifs, tapering from a wider base to the brass ferrule where it meets the brush head. Natural bristles are present on the brush face, though worn and splayed with age. The brass frame and ferrule show patina, tarnish, and light verdigris consistent with age.
