Tripar 23-2214 Asian Geisha Porcelain Doll on Display Stand, ~14in

Charming porcelain geisha-style doll displayed on a walnut-finish round base with a chrome support stand. The doll features a detailed ivory and gold brocade kimono with floral and leaf embroidery, a pink satin obi sash tied at the back in a traditional knot, a fringed hem on the underskirt, and small black lacquered shoes. Her black hair is styled in an upswept bun with small decorative hair pins. The stand is marked with a gold foil Tripar label reading model 23-2214 on the underside. The doll stands approximately 14 inches tall on the stand. Hair shows some flyaway wisps and loose strands around the bun, which is typical of displayed dolls of this type. Costume is otherwise intact with no visible tears or missing fringe noted in photos. A lovely display piece for collectors of Asian-themed or decorative porcelain dolls.
