One day, one house, 130-plus pieces from a Southampton home. The collection leans fine art and clean traditional furniture: signed and numbered lithographs, Art Deco prints in the style of Louis Icart, an Erte serigraph, original mixed-media works, a Chinese famille rose vase, and a full suite of Ethan Allen furniture, with vintage glass, kitchenware, and a houseful of collectibles behind them. The gallery below is live inventory. If a piece shows available here, it will be at the sale. Everything is tagged and priced on the day.

How this sale works

Do I need a ticket or appointment?+

No. Entry is free and first come, first served. If a line forms before opening, we hand out door numbers and honor them in order — no camping required, no tickets ever.

When do I get the address?+

It’s posted right on this page (above) and was emailed to everyone registered.

How does pricing work?+

Everything is tagged and priced on sale day. Prices are firm in the first hour; after that, reasonable offers get a hearing — the later it gets, the more flexible we are.

Can you hold something for me?+

No holds, before or during the sale. Tapping "interested" above tells us what you’re coming for (and tells us where demand is), but the piece sells to whoever claims it first on the day.

How do I pay?+

Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. No checks. Bring cash for small items — it keeps the line moving.

I want a big piece of furniture. How does that work?+

Pay for it, and it’s yours to take. Bring muscle, blankets, and a vehicle that fits it — we can point you to a mover but same-day transport is on you. Anything paid for and not collected by closing needs a pickup arrangement on the spot.

Can I come early to look?+

No early entry and no presales of tagged items — what’s in the house at opening is what everyone gets a fair shot at. That’s a promise to the family as much as to you.

What about parking?+

It’s a residential street: park legally, don’t block driveways or mailboxes, and please keep voices down early. The neighbors didn’t sign up for this — help us keep them friendly.

Is there a bathroom?+

No — plan accordingly. There’s usually a gas station or coffee shop within a few minutes.

Can I bring my kids or my dog?+

Kids yes, with hands in pockets around glass. Dogs, please no — tight rooms, fragile things.

What happens to whatever doesn’t sell?+

The best of it moves to our online store within days — register above and you’ll hear when it lands. Nothing gets dumped that has life left in it.

Can I buy something before the sale?+

Some pieces from this estate are listed in our online store right now at marked prices — the link is just above. Anything still unsold online comes to the sale.

Registered guests get the exact address by email before the sale, a calendar invite you can forward, and first word about future sales near them. Much of what doesn't sell moves to the online store afterward.
