Vintage Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason Jar Blue Glass Zinc Lid Half Pint
Charming antique Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason jar in the classic aqua blue glass that collectors prize. The embossed lettering reads 'ATLAS STRONG SHOULDER MASON' clearly across the front. This appears to be a half-pint size, small and squat in form, typical of the Strong Shoulder line produced by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company in the early-to-mid 20th century. The jar retains its original zinc screw-top lid, which shows heavy patina, rust spotting, and age-appropriate wear throughout. The glass itself is free of chips or cracks visible in the photos, with the characteristic swirls and bubbles of early machine-made glass visible in the base shot, adding to its authentic vintage appeal. The bottom of the jar shows some dirt residue in the seams. A great display piece for farmhouse decor, canning collections, or antique glass enthusiasts. Approximate dimensions based on photos: roughly 3 to 3.5 inches tall and 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter. Not recommended for food use given the age and condition of the lid.
