The rectangular form features gently beveled corners, a short tapered neck, and a wide rolled lip finish typical of hand-finished or early machine-made bottles from that era. The base shows an embossed mark, partially legible, with what appears to be a square cartouche containing letters. Approximate height is 4 to 4.5 inches based on hand scale, with a roughly 1.25 by 1.25 inch square body profile. The glass is clear with a slight smoky-gray tint, which can be an indicator of age.
