Antique Listerine Embossed Glass Bottle Lambert Pharmacal Co.
A charming piece of American pharmaceutical history, this early embossed clear glass Listerine bottle was made by the Lambert Pharmacal Company, the original manufacturer of Listerine mouthwash. The bottle features raised embossed lettering reading 'LISTERINE' around the shoulder and 'LAMBERT PHARMACAL COMPANY' around the base. The glass has a hand-finished rolled lip and shows the classic cylindrical apothecary form with a short neck typical of early 20th century patent medicine bottles. Small bubbles are visible in the glass, consistent with early machine-made or semi-handmade production. The bottle stands approximately 4.5 to 5 inches tall based on hand scale. No chips or cracks are visible. Interior has some aged residue and minor clouding. The exterior shows light grime and typical aged patina throughout. No stopper or cap is included. A great find for antique bottle collectors or apothecary decor enthusiasts.
